This is a great alternative to a regular balloon!

The central tube is designed to be filled with air by mouth and then you wave it around and make the wings flutter.  Sort of like a butterfly light saber!  The wings themselves are not inflated so they flutter very realistically.

They make great party favors and are a lot more fun for kids to play with!  And you don't have to inflate them with helium.
